Embraer delivered 48 aircraft during the second quarter, a 30% decrease from the 69 aircraft delivered in the year-earlier period.
The Brazilian airframer says it delivered a total 25 commercial jets and 23 executive jets in the three months ended 30 June.
E-190 deliveries constituted the bulk of deliveries with 17 of the type delivered to commercial customers. Embraer also delivered one E-175 and five E-195s to the commercial sector.
As expected, Embraer delivered the final two ERJ-145s in its backlog to Hainan Airlines, bringing an end to ERJ-145 assembly at Embraer's joint venture in China, Harbin Embraer.
On the executive jet side, Embraer in the second quarter delivered 20 light jets - ten Phenom 100s and ten Phenom 300s - as well as a total of three "Legacy 600 and Legacy 650 aircraft".
At 30 June Embraer's firm order backlog stood at $15.8 billion, slightly higher than in the year prior. The manufacturer ended the first half of 2011 with the sale of 62 new E-Jets.
