Embraer has selected Garmin’s G1000 integrated avionics as the basis of its Prodigy flightdeck for the Phenom 100 very-light jet and Phenom 300 light jet. This is the first G1000 application to have three identical, interchangeable 305mm (12in) liquid crystal displays, and a maintenance function that monitors all aircraft systems.
