Japan's National Space Development Agency (NASDA) plans another test of the LE-7 cryogenic first engine of the new H2A satellite launcher after the engine failed another test on 12 July. Liquid hydrogen leaked from the engine during the latest static test after a faulty valve in its liquid hydrogen pump failed to close.
