Honeywell Aerospace president Bob Johnson may heave a sigh of relief if the GE/Honeywell merger falls through.
Asked yesterday if the Honeywell brand name would live on in the event of a successful acquisition, he ventured that it probably would. "Sticking GE labels on every room thermostat in the world would be a massive undertaking," he said.
