Eurofighter has turned to Euro Disney for its inspiration at this year's Paris air show. Visitors are queuing up in the static park for the ride of their lifetime in a 50ft (15m) flight simulator.

The 20-seat cinema is mounted on a real flight simulation base enabling the audience to experience what it feels like to be in the cockpit of a Eurofighter Typhoon as they watch a digital recording of a real aircraft in flight.

The Morphis MovieRide, designed by Camber Entertainment, is computer controlled to exactly reproduce the sensations of flying a fast jet attack aircraft in a series of aerobatic sequences.

"It allows up to 240 people an hour to experience, almost at first hand, the thrill of the aircraft in flight," says Eurofighter.
