Two European majors have opted for Airbus aircraft for their long-haul operations, replacing Boeing 767s.

Scandinavian Airlines has ordered six A330-300s, four A340-300s and 12 A321s. Air France has ordered eight A330-200s, with an option on five more, to replace 767-300ERs and A310s on medium- and long haul flights.
