EVA Airways is to launch services to Tokyo on 7 September following the updating of an air services agreement between Japan and Taiwan. The agreement allows EVA to compete with home-based China Airlines on the Taipei-Tokyo route. EVA is also to launch regular flights to Sapporo in Japan on3 September.
