Lancelot finds new Spirit
Former Atlas Air chief financial officer David Lancelot has moved to Spirit Airlines in the same role. He will lead the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based carrier's finance and accounting organisation and replaces John Severson.
A certified public accountant, Lancelot has more than 18 years of airline and finance experience, having resigned from Atlas in 2004 to take a senior financial position with Dallas, Texas-based investment advisory firm Highland Capital Management.
He joined Atlas in March 2002 from its Polar Air Cargo subsidiary.
