The Lockheed Martin/Boeing F-22 has completed the third of nine milestones on the road to approval of low-rate initial production, with the second test aircraft, Raptor 4002, completing manoeuvres with weapons bay doors open. The tests were to evaluate the doors' ability to withstand significant changes in dynamic pressure.
