The FAA has requested international airlines serving Chicago O'Hare to submit their summer 2005 schedules in advance for review. Although the FAA is not considering imposing cuts, it says it might ask the carriers to move their flights to less busy periods. It has already won voluntary agreement on major domestic rescheduling to reduce congestion.
