US Missile Defense Agency officials say a ground support equipment glitch could have caused the failed launch of an interceptor rocket on 14 February, foiling its second consecutive intercept test. The Boeing-built ground-based interceptor remained on the launch pad at the Kwajalein Atoll missile range.
