Japan's Fair Inc has become the third new airline to start operating in Japan following a deregulation of the industry, and the first with regional jets. Fair Inc launched Bombardier CRJ-operated services in early August between Sendai and Osaka's Kansai airport. Skymark Airlines was first to launch services after deregulation while Air Do was second.
