Fairchild Dornier has ordered a full-flight simulator for its 328Jet, marking another in a series of regional-aircraft orders for CAE Electronics.

The 328Jet simulator is to be ready for customer training in February 1999, a year after the planned First flight of the prototype.

American Airlines, meanwhile, has ordered a full-flight simulator for the Embraer EMB-145 regional jet. It will be delivered in December 1998. CAE is also to supply Northwest Aerospace Training with its first regional-airliner simulator. The full-flight device is for the Saab 340B turboprop.
