Scott Stultz has been appointed head of the customer-support operation at regional-aircraft manufacturer Fairchild Aircraft, of San Antonio, Texas. He was formerly the company's technical representative and regional support manager in the Pacific/Far East and North America. Don Jenkins becomes vice-president for regional sales in the South Pacific. He was formerly vice-president for customer support.
