Dassault has selected the Rockwell Collins Flight Dynamics HGS 4000 head-up guidance system (HGS) as an option on its Falcon 7X business jet, scheduled to enter service in 2006. The 7X HGS will provide a wider field of view and larger glass for better viewing during crosswind landings and circling approaches, says Rockwell. The avionics manufacturer also supplies the head-up displays for the Falcon 2000EX and 900EX.
