AlliedSignal has officially confirmed the selection of the TFE731-40 for the Dassault Falcon 50EX business jet. The 19kN (4,250lb)-thrust engine will have a periodic inspection interval of 2,500h and a compressor-zone inspection interval of 5,000h - a 75% improvement over current intervals.
