Grob Aerospace today announced the sale of four SPn light jets to Falcon Aviation Services of Abu Dhabi in a deal worth around $30 million at list prices.

“The capability of the SPn is going to be a significant game changer for business aviation in the Middle East,” says Philip Markham, Falcon general manager.

Deliveries will be from mid-2008 to mid-2009.

The deal covers two eight-seat aircraft and two with six-seat executive layouts and options for conversion to dedicated air ambulance.

“It will be our short-haul workhorse, ideal for flights within the GCC [Gulf Cooperation Council] and as far as Beirut and beyond,” adds Markham
