Reed Exhibitions has already signed up more than 100 exhibitors for its inaugural Aircraft Interiors Americas show, to be held in Long Beach, California, on September 9-11.
Reed Exhibitions, a sister company of Flight Daily News publisher Reed Business Information, is building on the success of its main Aircraft Interiors Expo event, held annually in Hamburg and now widely seen as the premier trade show for the in-flight entertainment, passenger communications and cabin systems industries.
“We are looking forward to three intensive days of debate on the experience of flying in the 21st century,” Reed group exhibition director James Reader says. “Speakers and panellists from airlines and the interiors industry will address the critical issues facing airlines today, including the need to maximise revenues in a climate of rising fuel costs and to gain competitive advantage by developing the cabin interior.”
To be co-located with the World Airline Entertainment Association’s long-running annual conference and trade show, the event has attracted exhibitors offering interiors products and services for the airline premium, economy and low-fare markets, and to operators of VIP aircraft. Its geographical focus will be on the US, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.
