ATR has on display at the Farnbrough air show an ATR 42-600 bearing the livery of Silver Airways – the first US operator of the -600 series.
Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that the turboprop, registered N400SV (MSN 1214), is leased from Nordic Aviation Capital, and that Silver has another 12 ATR 42-600s on order. These too will be leased from Danish lessor NAC, as will an ATR 72-600 that Silver has on order.

The Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based carrier has said that the ATR turboprops will replace its fleet of ageing Saab 340s.
