Dubai Airshow organiser F&E Aerospace is looking forward to welcoming exhibitors to the brand new, purpose-built venue for next year's event at Dubai World Central in Jebel Ali.

The 13th edition of the Dubai show takes place from 17-21 December 2013. The event continues to grow, attracting 960 exhibitors from 50 countries in 2011 - up by 8% on 2009 - and 56,548 visitors, which represented an increase of 7%.The new venue - at 645,000m2 - is more than double the size of the old site at Airport Expo.Alison Weller, managing director of F&E Aerospace, says: "Our future is bright and I know we share that optimistic outlook with the region. The new location will illustrate the evolution of the Dubai Airshow marking a pivotal moment for F&E Aerospace as we open in our brand new purpose built home in Jebel Ali.

"The venue offers some great opportunities for us as show organisers and we will be announcing some new ideas shortly."The Dubai Airshow is organised under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice-president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai.
