Elbit Systems unveiled at Farnborough an integrated unmanned air vehicle electronic intelligence-gathering suite - designated Skyfix - that is being developed for an unnamed Israeli government agency. The system incorporates an Elisra AES-210 combined electronic support measures/ELINTdirection-finding system and a new Tadiran Electronic Systems communications intelligence suite. The suite comprises two spiral antennas mounted in wingtip pods and two interferometer arrays mounted in pods attached to inboard wing hardpoints. The COMINT suite includes eight antennas mounted on a wing suspended beneath the Elbit Hermes 450 UAV's fuselage.
