The TAG Group has signed a 99 year lease with the UK Ministry of Defence to operate Farnborough aerodrome. TAG says that it intends to develop the site as the UK's premier business aviation airport as part of a strategy of expansion which has recently seen it acquire Aviation Methods in the USA and Aeroleasing in Switzerland. The watchmaking to motor racing group has had interests in business aviation for 20 years as the Middle East distributor for Bombardier Challenger and Global Express aircraft.
