The technology development department of Sikorsky Aircraft has unveiled an X2 Technology light tactical helicopter simulator that will provide potential customers with an experience of the experimental fast helicopter. X2 Technology has numerous advanced technology features including counter-rotating coaxial rotors, and Sikorsky says it is designed to demonstrate that a helicopter can cruise comfortably at 250kt (460km/h) while retaining good low-speed handling and efficient hovering.
