Banner Aerospace is negotiating the acquisition of Fairchild's Harco division, an El Segundo, California-based distributor of aerospace fasteners. Under the proposed share-exchange deal, Fairchild would become the majority shareholder in Washington, DC-based Banner Aerospace.
