Garrett/Piedmont Hawthorne/Associated is to expand its Toronto Pearson fixed-based operation after signing a long-term lease to redevelop a hangar near its existing FBO. The remodelled flight lounge will open in January, and the hangar and ramp will be available in the second quarter.
