Michael Ducker has been promoted to senior vice-president of Federal Express' Asia Pacific division. He was formerly regional vice-president of operations in the South Pacific area. He takes over from Joseph McCarty, who, having held the Asia Pacific post since November 1991, moves to senior vice-president of the new Latin America and Caribbean division.
