Calgary, Canada-based Field Aviation will modify five Bombardier CRJ700 regional jets into a corporate shuttle configuration, says the company. Bombardier awarded the work to Field Aviation, but has declined to disclose the final customer for the shuttle aircraft. The contract marks the first time Bombardier's 70-seaters are being converted to a corporate shuttle configuration, says Field Aviation, which has experience with CRJ200 conversions.
