The Finnish air force has selected ML Lifeguard Equipment to supply aircrew clothing for its fighter pilots. The initial order is for complete garment assemblies for use with the service's new fleet of McDonnell Douglas F/A-18s. ML Lifeguard offered the air force a customised kit designed to its own specific requirements - the ability to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +40°C and up to 7.5g, with extended immersion protection.
