FlightSafety International has opened its biggest European training centre, at Farnborough airport, near London. The 8,500m2 (91,500ft2) centre is located on the TAG Aviation facility and by the end of 2007 will train around 3,800 pilots and maintenance technicians a year. Up to 14 simulators, 27 classrooms and 30 briefing/debriefing rooms will be available.

Although aimed predominantly at the business aircraft community, FlightSafety will also provide training for regional aircraft such as the Beech 1900C and Saab 340. By mid-2006 the centre will offer simulation training for the Beech 1900D and King Air 200, Cessna CitationJet, Bravo, Excel and Mustang, Gulfstream IV, Hawker 800XP and XPi and Hawker 400XP.
