Ferranti Technologies claims its strap-down inertial grade FTS-10 accelerometer is the first to become available from non-US sources.
It meets the requirements of aeronautical and terrestrial strap-down navigational systems and the company hopes it will help defence manufacturers meet increasing demands for European sourcing of system components.
