Lufthansa largest - Launch customer Lufthansa has ordered 10 more Airbus A340-300s and six A321s. This brings its Airbus orders to 164, including 41 A340s, making it the largest airline customer for the aircraft. Debonair delivers - Low-fare carrier Debonair is adding three more British Aerospace 146-200s, taking its four-engined jet fleet to 11. The aircraft are being acquired from the Canadian IMP Group. GB Airbus order - British Airways franchise GB Airways is replacing its Boeing 737s with a mix of new Airbus A320s and A321s between 2001 and 2003. GB Airways has nine on firm order, plus five options. Skyways goes jet - Sweden's regional Skyways has taken over City Airlines' Embraer RJ-145 obligations, with two orders and three options. Virgin's second-hand buy - Virgin Atlantic Airways is boosting its Boeing fleet with two ex-Cathay Pacific and five ex-Air New Zealand 747-200Bs. Deliveries of the seven aircraft will take place between March 1999 and January 2001.
