Russia's S7 Airlines has taken delivery of its first Airbus A321neo, one of four being leased this year from US firm Air Lease Corporation.
The aircraft delivered is a Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-powered airframe, the lessor says.
S7 is already an operator of A321s, with several CFM International CFM56-powered aircraft in its fleet.
It has also been receiving A320neos over the past year.
S7 says the A321neo will enable it to increase capacity on long-range domestic flights, adding that it will also deploy the type on international routes.
