Sir - Considering crew fatigue, I have two questions about issues I have not seen addressed.
Some pilots, and many more back-end crew, moonlight. If fatigue is such a factor, why are crews allowed to work at other jobs during their so-called rest time? Furthermore, should not more rest time be given to crews, which fly overnight, and which finish their duty days many time zones from where they started?
