Garylee Clark has been named assistant director of customer support for training company FlightSafety International (FSI), of Flushing, New York. She will be based at FSI's Houston, Texas, learning centre. Chris Lyons becomes assistant director of customer support, based at New York, where he has been accounts manager for customer support.
