Bob Russell has been named project manager maintenance training plans for FlightSafety International, of La Guardia Airport, New York. The newly created position is part of the expanding service organisation, which FlightSafety is providing for the training of aircraft-maintenance technicians. Russell was previously director of aircraft services at Duncan Aviation, Lincoln, Nebraska.
