Bob Hobbi has been appointed to the newly created position of improving international training company FlightSafety's contact with its major customers. He will be based at LaGuardia Airport, New York. Hobbi has been with FlightSafety for 12 years, and set up its Service Excellence Training Programme, a course he will continue to lead occasionally.
