Tim Fallon has been appointed to the newly created position of regional marketing manager for maintenance training by Flushing, New York-based FlightSafety International (FSI), based at Tucson, Arizona. He was previously an accounts manager at the FSI customer-support organisation at Flushing. Don Roney becomes manager of the FSI Learning Center at San Antonio, Texas. He was formerly director of standards.
