Canadian completion and maintenance company Flying Colours has acquired the assets of refurbishment and maintenance repair and overhaul specialist JetCorp from its parent JetDirect Aviation. St Louis, Missouri-based JetCorp has now been renamed JetCorp Technical Services.
JetCorp was recently awarded supplemental type certification for the conversion of Bombardier CRJ regional jets from commercial to executive and VIP configuration and last month delivered its first two converted CRJs, dubbed the Renaissance - complementing Flying Colours' CRJ VIP offering, the ExecLiner.
