Flying Colours has begun to integrate the fleet of fellow UK charter airline Airworld, following the merger of the two airlines' parents earlier this year. For its 1999 summer season, Flying Colours will operate four ex-Airworld A320s (pictured) but has decided to return two A321s to lessor International Lease Finance. Meanwhile, the airline is boosting its Boeing 757-200 fleet to 12 aircraft with the lease of five ex-Transaero aircraft. Further fleet restructuring is expected during 1999 if approval is received for the take-over by Flying Colours parent Thomas Cook of Carlson Leisure, which owns Caledonian Airways and Peach Air.
