Embratel, the Brazilian telecommunications company, plans to buy a fourth Brasilsat B satellite, costing $150 million. Its Hughes-built Brasilsat B3 will be launched in 1997. The company also plans to lease Ku-band capacity on Argentina's first communications satellite, the Nahuelsat, to be launched in September.
