Bill Nielsen has been appointed vice-president and general manager of the Long Island, New York, service centre of engine maintenance, Company Garrett Aviation Services, of Phoenix, Arizona. He has previously served with Butler Aviation, Philip Morris and United Beechcraft's Hangar One.
