John Campbell, an avionics chartered engineer and a director of Three Point Flying, has been appointed chief executive of the General Aviation Safety Council (GASCO) of Rochester, Kent, UK. He replaces Ron Gadd, who has retired. John Stewart-Smith becomes editor of GASCo's Flight Safety Bulletin, taking over from John Ward during the second quarter of 1996. Stewart-Smith is an ex-Royal Air Force officer and a member of the editorial board of The Log, the magazine of the British Airline Pilots Association.
