GEC dates Apache
GEC-Marconi Avionics has been selected to supply air- data systems for the US Army's McDonnell Douglas AH-64D Longbow Apache attack helicopter. The initial order from the USA is for 24 systems consisting of air speed and direction sensors and a high-integration air-data computer.
