Irish wet-lease specialist TransAer has agreed a deal with GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) to expand its fleet. The airline, which operates six Airbus A300s and eleven A320s, will acquire four new Boeing 737-800s, two used A300-600Rs and four new CFM International CFM56-powered A320s. GECAS will also provide aircraft to TransAer on interim bridge leases.
