King Winglets
Performance-enhancement specialist BLR Aerospace has received European Aviation Safety Agency approval for the Beechcraft King Air 200 and 300 winglet systems and is targeting around 150 aircraft on the continent. Everett, Washington-based BLR says it has fitted winglets to 65 King Air 200s and 300s since the system was introduced three years ago in North America. They are available through BLR's dealer network including Beechcraft Sales & Service in Germany and Bromma Air Maintenance in Sweden.
Canada Approval
Columbia Aircraft has received Transport Canada approval for its Garmin G-1000 avionics-equipped 350 and 400 high-performance singles.
