Germany and New Zealand have agreed to a liberal new air services accord that gives unlimited operating rights to carriers from both sides and allows for limited domestic operations. It also includes seventh freedom rights for cargo services, allowing freight carriers to establish themselves in the other country and operate to third countries without touching their home soil.
