Australian general aviation manufacturer Gippsland Aeronautics rolled out its 100th GA8 Airvan utility aircraft late last month.The aircraft is for Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) Australia for service in Papua New Guinea. MAF already operates six Airvans in Australia's Arnhem Land, one in Indonesia and one in Papua New Guinea. Gippsland is building two Airvans a month.
