Ericsson has chosen the show to unveil a model of the new Giraffe AMB 3-D air defence search radar.
The Swedish company is claiming the Giraffe AMB to be the most modern air defence system on the market today. Capable of handling several missile systems simultaneously, the Giraffe AMB is currently undergoing field trials.
The radar has already been ordered for the Swedish RBS 23 Bamse medium-range air defence system.
The AMB follows the basic formula of other Ericsson's Giraffe radars with integrated command, control and communications system and uses special ECCM channels to eliminate or reduce the influence of jamming.
