Eurocopter held an open day at its Donauwrth facility for girls aged 15-17 as part of the national Girls' Day in Germany. The day was intended to get the girls to consider aerospace engineering and other technical disciplines as viable career options. It provided them with a series of seminars and workshops throughout the day. They were also given a tour of the production facility and an opportunity to use Eurocopter's BO105 helicopter simulator.
