Maintenance training specialist Glennair (booth 1113) is attending EBACE for the first time to try and expand its range of services to even more aircraft types.
Norwich, UK-based Glennair provides European Aviation Safety Agency Part 147 approved type training for aircraft engineers and aviation maintenance technicians.
It holds more than 30 Part 147 approvals for both B1 mechanical and B2 avionics ratings on more than 20 aircraft, including most of the Dassault Falcon range, the Raytheon Hawker 125-700, 800 and 1000 series and Cessna Citation 550 and 560.
The company is keen to gain approvals from original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to help boost its profile in the market.
“We hope to speak to other companies here about adding other aircraft types to what we offer and we are also trying to gain OEM approvals. We think having OEM backing will give the company more credence with potential customers,” says sales director Jonathan Glenn.
